Return On Investment: Typically our properties offer Net CAPs of 6-8%.

Design/layout: We develop Single Family Residences (SFRs), Town Homes (T/Hs), Attached Single Family

Method: We develop our own investment properties by employing substantial well-known builders to construct our homes for us. In particular one of our builders develops and sells over 900 homes per year to home owners.
